I had a great experience taking my car to Chuck’s. I got out of my car and could here the water or coolant boiling, I took my car in and it was just the radiator cap, I was prepared for the worst but it was a simple fix! I don’t give reviews often, but felt that Chuck’s earned a well deserved 5 stars. My Kia recently got broken into, as Kia’s have been targeted recently. I initially towed it over to the Caliber Collision on 99, who rejected my car saying they “didn’t accept towed vehicles” due to a “city ordinance”. So I called Chuck’s and asked if they would accept my car and they said, “of course, bring it on over”. I was able to get my car to them after hours and left my key in the drop box. Chuck’s is incredibly friendly and professional. Provides details of your repairs and costs up front, including itemized electronic info where they help you prioritize your repairs so you can make conscious decisions. I was blown away by their customer service and transparency. My car, which had multiple issues, drives like a dream after their super quick repairs. They’ve got a new loyal customer. :) Also they gave my dog treats. You can’t go wrong when your dog gives his seal of approval.
