High Road has maintained our cars for over 35 years. I've always been able to trust them which is critical since I have little car repair knowledge. They take time to explain their recommended service and discuss priority items. We have never had a problem with their work in all the time.

We have had four different Hondas maintained by High Road since the early 1990's. An Accord, an Accord Wagon, a CR-V, and a Fit acquired with their assistance. The work was always exceptional and the service extraordinary. We enjoyed a long association with the two brothers until we moved out of Seattle. I would recommend High Road to anyone wanting high quality work performed by a trustworthy shop. They are meticulous in their care and attention to each vehicle and to every customer. This is one of my saving graces- I named her Sunshine and literally everytime I bring her in to High Road Automotive - whether it be for a routine oil change or when they fixed some belt (I don't know much about cars) I have always noticed how much better my car drives. I've never experienced that before from a mechanic. Having a place to take my car and have that complete trust means so much to me and I feel so lucky I found them.
