High Road has maintained our cars for over 35 years. I've always been able to trust them which is critical since I have little car repair knowledge. They take time to explain their recommended service and discuss priority items. We have never had a problem with their work in all the time.

We have had four different Hondas maintained by High Road since the early 1990's. An Accord, an Accord Wagon, a CR-V, and a Fit acquired with their assistance. The work was always exceptional and the service extraordinary. We enjoyed a long association with the two brothers until we moved out of Seattle. I would recommend High Road to anyone wanting high quality work performed by a trustworthy shop. They are meticulous in their care and attention to each vehicle and to every customer. A wonderful outfit!

This is one of my saving graces- I named her Sunshine and literally everytime I bring her in to High Road Automotive - whether it be for a routine oil change or when they fixed some belt (I don't know much about cars) I have always noticed how much better my car drives. I've never experienced that before from a mechanic. Having a place to take my car and have that complete trust means so much to me and I feel so lucky I found them. Being a single female with little car knowledge it can be a little scary taking your car in so I am grateful I have a place full of competent people I trust. Bonus is Natasha is amazing! She is not only super helpful with outlining what is priority with maintenance for my car but she is also really an amazing human and has made my experiences with High Road that much more satisfying.
