Steve is great and does great work! I needed my water pump fixed after a shotty job done on a replacement and Steve came out in an hour after the initial phone call and spent the afternoon making sure it's done right and not leaking anymore. Steve went out of his way to include me in his schedule within an hour of calling, was determined to get me on the road after a flat tire, and solved the problem while also explaining what was happening and giving useful information and advice for future maintenance. Steve is fantastic! My 2009 CRV wouldn't start for weeks. Steve came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, picked up the parts, and I had a working car by the next day. Other mechanics quoted me double the cost for the starter replacement. It took Steve a couple hours longer than he expected given the complexity of this model's engine but he didn't charge for the extra time. He also refilled the antifreeze and replaced some old bolts. He called with regular updates, did a thorough job, and my car is running smoothly now (after being out of commission for 3 weeks). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Steve was a tremendous help in getting our camper van back on the road. He met us where we were stranded (on a Saturday evening), diagnosed our brake issue, picked up the necessary parts across town and made the repair. He was transparent throughout - explaining what he was doing and why. Great service at a reasonable rate.
