brought in because newly replaced battery discharged very quickly. inspection report said they just recharged the battery. advisor and entire team not reachable by phone. they fixed nothing and charged $300++. not going back again

The service department here has changed. It used to be better! It's now overpriced, and the advisors lack transparency. Example: they wanted more than $300 to change an air filter. I've had reasonable experiences here in the past, but not today. Dropped my car here in the morning. Did not hear anything back for a long time. Finally by closing time they informed me that they were not even able to look at it yet.... If they don't have the capacity to service the cars, then they should not be taking the appointment. Don't waste your time.

TLDR - Would not go back or refer anyone I know. Can't be trusted to do the small stuff then can you trust them to do anything? Came in to get advised on a new tire and/or wheel after hitting a pothole on the freeway.
