I had a fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube! Even though the team was short-staffed, they were still incredibly helpful, professional, and upbeat. They worked quickly without sacrificing service or friendliness. I had asked about a coupon for a free Rain-X treatment, and even when I couldn’t find it, they kindly offered it anyway — a small gesture that made a big impression. On top of that, they noticed I had new windshield wipers sitting in my back seat and offered to install them for me at no extra charge. It was such a thoughtful bonus and really showed how much they care about their customers. The whole team was awesome, and I will gladly be returning for future service. Highly recommend!

Federico & Rid were life savers! I took a day trip up to Seattle for a meeting and was trying to return home to Portland before 2:30 p.m., to avoid traffic, but on the way back, before I had even left Seattle, I noticed my engine temperature increasing. I immediately pulled over and turned off the engine. I noticed that Jiffy Lube was less than a mile away. I pulled in, and was immediately greeted by Federico, who was handling another customer's vehicle, but told me he would be with me shortly. Moments later, Rid came out, greeted me and checked my fluid levels and under the car. He explained to me what fluid was checking, what was low, and what I needed to do. Federico also came to my vehicle to make sure I understood everything. They advised me on preventative measures that I should take, took care of my car so quickly! They're knowledgeable, friendly, and absolute lifesavers! ♥️♥️ Give them a raise!

Came to this location, turns out they didn’t have the filter for my car but Federico was super sweet and helpful! He was on his way out the door and off the clock but still stopped to help me, and provide me answers with all my questions! HUGE THANK YOU !!!
