Jiffy Lube

Terrific, professional service! Very nice team who care about doing a great job and are always friendly! I truly appreciate coming here! Thank you so much!!

I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube(4 ave, Seattle) thanks to Federico! He provided exceptional service during my coolant flush—professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about the service. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction like Federico does. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re visiting this location! Great thanks, Hao.

I had a fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube! Even though the team was short-staffed, they were still incredibly helpful, professional, and upbeat. I pulled in, and was immediately greeted by Federico, who was handling another customer's vehicle, but told me he would be with me shortly. Moments later, Rid came out, greeted me and checked my fluid levels and under the car. He explained to me what fluid was checking, what was low, and what I needed to do. Federico also came to…

Came to this location, turns out they didn’t have the filter for my car but Federico was super sweet and helpful! He was on his way out the door and off the clock but still stopped to help me, and provide me answers with all my questions! HUGE THANK YOU !!!
