I need oil change and new tires for my car and Richard at the MLK location helped me schedule and find the right affordable tires for me. I’m very pleased and thankful for all his help. The Firestone located on MLK or Martin Luther King Way I give a five star rating. Kevin is an excellent manager and has always given me great service. Naomi, the newest member of the team works at the front desk and also changes out windshield wiper blades double check to make sure everything is the way it should be before I actually take my car off the property. I have recommended this branch on Martin Luther King Way, Junior to all members of our family and friends they’ve all come back with excellent reviews as well. I will continue to do this Firestone and continue to let my friends and family know that they still have excellent service. I’ve been a Firestone customer at this location for more than 20 years. BEST SERVICE, PRICE AND MANAGER! I have been taking my vehicle to Firestone for over 5 years now. Kevin used to manage the location in Ballard close to my house and he always explained clearly what was needed with my vehicle. When that location closed I began going to the MLK location simply because I trusted Kevin and his team. When I bought a new car, I brought it by the shop for them to do a quick once over on it. That made me feel better about my purchase and it was great that they were happy to help! Anytime I need service, they are honest with me on how long it will take and how much it will cost. I can't say enough great things about this location.
