Reasonable parking for the area. Weekday early bird is in by 10:00 AM, but be warned: you need to stay between 4 and 10 hours; otherwise it will switch to normal rates. They aren't honest about the early bird rate. They advertise online and on signage that it's $12.00 but then it's really $15 and ONLY IF you go through the trouble of using a mobile app to pay. The garage smells like pee.

Garage elevator and stairwell are open until 6:30pm per signs. However, they lock at 6pm. It’s unsafe forcing pedestrians to walk through 7 garage floors to get to vehicles, but that’s exactly what happens. This is an on-going issue and not just them closing early one day.
