"Classic Expertise" Prompt, friendly, expert service. I stopped by this shop to have the transmission checked out after having purchased and older 10972 classic car that had been stored for some time without any use. The wonderful manager and his mechanic Mark, who possessed deep knowledge of the rather arcane automatic transmission in my vehicle solved my problem! Excellent experience. Thank you!

Chris and his team are the best! I can’t recommend this shop highly enough, my van had been stolen and they restored my faith in humanity, they were very kind thorough and professional, my van is back in my hands and i will always take it to this shop for repairs, spread the word! Best shop in town

Just a really bad experience that left a bad taste in mouth. They couldn’t repair my car but while it was at aamco, it mysteriously “lost reverse”. So, they made whatever was wrong with my car worse. AND the manager tried to charge me an “inspection fee” that he never discussed with me. Then, even though I had several conversations with the manager about leaving my car in their lot for the night while I figured out what to do with it, he told me I had to move it. It barely drove, there was no reverse. I had to move it to the street and it almost didn’t make it. I felt wildly unsafe. I won’t be going back.

One year ago I took my BMW here for alternator issue. Before taking my car to here I already took my car to a cheaper shop and get the price. This store charge me far more but I trusted them. They ended up lied to me. 1. They pull out a connection from my engine Amd said it is broken and asked me to replace it for more than $6k. 2. They replaced my battery for $900 3. They set they charge $200 for put the computer to my BMW regardless I fix here or not. I paid the new battery fee, computer fee and take my car back to preview store. That store asked me why I need to replace battery it is good. This store found out a unplugged "wire" and plugged it, the engine error code disappear. This store didn't charge me for computer fee. They only charged me the alternator. I have drove this car for more than 1 year without any issues. It proved AAMCO scammed me for replacing the engine and unnecessary new battery! I even tried to ask them give me a lower price as I don't have insurance for this they said no. Almost paid for replacing the engine. Whats worse is that I just lived nearby. Cannot bele they tried to scam their neighbor.

Great experience at this shop when they worked on my 2004 accord. I went to pick up my car from Cris and Mark at Aamco. They do great work - and it shows that they are people you can trust. The shop was packed with vehicles. No wonder why my car took the whole week to fix. It takes more than an hour just to move all the customers cars out. They store all the cars inside at night and keep everybody as safe as possible because we do live in Seattle! Appreciate them very much and I will be back should any future issues arise with any of my vehicles. Highly recommend!
