I went in for a tire puncture from a screw and tire rotation. I was happy that they were able to take my car and fix the issue the same day. However, they told me the puncture would be $51 and the rotation would be $30, and then charged me $112. When I asked about the pricing difference, they said it was tax, which doesn’t add up. I would have appreciated more transparent pricing because I would have just gone somewhere else.

Excellent recent experience when I discovered a screw in my tire. Jon was so helpful and squeezed me in same day for a quick (and inexpensive!) repair. What a legend! Thank you to the team for saving me the stress of a flat tire the day before I had to work and a busy holiday weekend.

We asked if someone could take a look at our tire to determine whether it needed to be replaced or could simply be repaired. Despite three employees standing around in the lobby, we were told we’d need to leave the car there for the rest of the day until they could “find time” to inspect it. I completely understand that shops can get busy and unexpected delays happen—but in all my years dealing with tire issues, including full replacements, I’ve never been told to wait six hours just for a tire assessment. Thankfully, we found another shop just up the road that said they could take a look within two hours. When we arrived, they had it inspected and fixed within five minutes.

I recently visited Courtesy Tire to replace my two rear tires after experiencing sidewall damage. While they were able to source the specific tires I requested, my experience was disappointing at every turn. The problems began immediately after service. They rotated my tires without following the door panel instructions for my vehicle's staggered setup (wider in back than front). One tire was incorrectly installed with the inside markings facing outward. Both new tires were significantly underinflated, about 10 PSI below specification. When I pointed out these issues, they did correct them, but I shouldn't have needed to check their work in the first place. The worst part was the alignment service, which actually made my vehicle's handling worse. My car now pulls to the right consistently, forcing me to visit my dealership for a proper alignment since I lost all confidence in Courtesy Tire's abilities. Even their pricing was unimpressive, offering no value to offset the poor workmanship. What should have been a straightforward tire replacement turned into a frustrating ordeal that cost me additional time and money. I cannot recommend Courtesy Tire based on my experience.

Good guys, been going to this place for almost two decades! - Family trusted. Most of the guys know me by name, and I’ve always been taken care of. On the rare occasion that something happens, they always have my back and are able to help. I’ve done some special things with my car thanks to their help. They deemed it the War Wagon back in high school when I got it lifted and ever since it stuck. Very honest people and they love classic cars. They do mostly everything but keep in mind, not custom work. They have some good connections.
