Truly the best experience I have ever had at a car shop. The people were so kind and thorough in their explanations. As a female, I felt incredibly welcomed and taken care of, which is not usually my experience at car shops. Can’t recommend D&D Breaks enough!

I brought in a car that my wife inherited from her mom and I swore I heard some iffy brakes. I took one of the front wheels off and they looked a little worn to me. Brought it in there and they completely confirmed I was WRONG in my diagnosis. It didn't need brakes. I did ask if they could rotate the back tires to the front because there was a big difference it tread wear. I assumed they were going to charge me but they didn't. I gave them a little cash for the rotation just because that is unheard of. I can tell you from my experience that you can trust these folks, and there is no better recommendation than that when you're dealing with auto mechanics.

Filled out the online estimate and didn’t get any response. Showed up to the shop and was told it has to be inspected before we can give an estimate. Filled out all the information to set an appointment. Still never heard back anything about appointment. Popped up today right at opening. Waited 30 and they still weren’t open…two weeks of trying to get an appointment.

They only replace what is needed. DnD checked my brakes for free, said the front is almost done, rear is still good. I decided to replace the front pads, got my car back within the same day. They also did my brake fluids last year. Fast and good service. Cash payment is best here. No extra charge on debit, and a 3% extra charge on visa.

Glad I had my rear brakes done here. Friendly staff that answered the phone and gave me a decent quote that they honored. It only took a few hours. Will be going back for front brakes and will highly recommend. Thank you. Best customer experience in my 18 months in Washington.
