I came to AutoZone on a busy Black Friday. A gentleman named Art Henderson, and another courteous employee, helped me get a new battery for my Porsche. Art greeted me by name as I came to the cash register (I had called earlier inquiring about stats on the battery, what kind to buy, price, cranking power, amps, etc.).
