I drove in without an appointment after learning my brake lights were out. Dean and Henry very quickly assessed the issue and gave me all the details within about a half hour. Very appreciative of their willingness to assist. Highly recommend.

I called them Saturday they said bring your in Monday so that was the agreement. I arrived Monday at noon, I waited for 45 minutes for the guy to show up...once he showed up finally he said he will be right with me he went in their office and shut the door for a few minutes while him and the owner discussing something that they didn't want heard obvisously so eventually he came out and I gave him the keys. I stayed and waited while he made his inspection, he checked the passenger front brake he came into the sitting area seat down and starting his sells pitch about how my front breaks are at 15 percent and my rear brakes are at 10 percent and how they recommend me getting them rotated but yet I watched him only check the front passenger side brake. Unfortunately for me needing my brakes replaced...so the mechanic told me it would be $600.00 dollars the fix my brakes. So eventually after discussing my options I agreed to just changing all four brake pads. I called an auto part store earlier in day and the pads where almost $70.00 not a bad price! So the mechanic and I agreed to him replacing the pads only and he said the rate was $150.00 for all four brake pads I thought good I can save some money, besides my car is old it's not a bently or covertt and I'm just a hard working man that's barely getting by. So they say your car will be ready in one hour, I said I'll be back in a hour or so....I came back to the shop at 2 p.m. the car was fixed but the rate or price went from $150.00 to 300.00 why and how I still don't have a clue...what would you do in that situation? So I gave him my last few dollars no receipt no thank you for your business.

This shop is amazing. Quick, expert service. Ray is kind and fair. I have an old car and unexpected emergencies come up. They always take me in right away!
