From phone call to battery replacement completion was less than 1.5 hours, the technician answered questions that I had very clearly, and was also able to point out things to watch for on this new battery that were wrong with the old one. They took the old battery to dispose of it. This was also one of the least expensive services I found when I was looking. Absolutely worth the cost, saved my behind on a car that I couldn’t take into a shop without a tow.
