This crew is a class act. I buy all of my parts from them for my maintenance needs and Dale and Carrington have always been extremely helpful in helping me identify the proper parts and getting them to me quickly and reliably. I recently had an issue with a Mercury part and Carrington went above and beyond in helping me diagnose and resolve the issue. I cannot speak highly enough of Ballard Marine and their staff.

Dale was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on what kind of outboard motor was needed to replace my old 90hp Mariner. His prices for the outboard were below MSRP and I eventually went with the 115 Command Thrust Mercury outboard. Thanks for all the help Dale:)

Dale is the best. He is honest and straight forward when walking you thru an issue. I only trust him to work on our 1988 mercury. He is an expert on vintage motors as well as electronics. I can’t say enough great things about this place….

Ballard marine is The Best! They know their stuff here! I Came in needing spark plugs and an impellor for a 1978 mercury outboard , and the owner knew the part numbers and where the parts were exactly on his shelf without even looking them up ! Don't waste your time shopping across rhe street at the big box marine place, the associates don't know what they're doing at all!! Always support small business!!

Dale seemed to be a good and professional when I first time walked into the shop. Very knowledgeable. When it comes to servicing the motor with asking questions what would be the next actionable steps, he has lost his temper and told me to stop silly questions, and stop wasting his time. I'm calling because I needed his advice on the phone whether I need to dispose the used motor or receive service. The estimate to decide to fix an issue would also highly cost. I'm deeply disappointed in his professional manner, and feel terrible after I thought that He and I would be in a good relationship down the road.
