Needed rotors and pads on both the left and right rear wheels. They had it done in less than 45 mins and at a reasonable price .

Took my Mercedes 2006 clk350 in for an alignment, told me to leave my car for estimate, called me back and told me I needed a tire cause one of my 4 was the wrong size, gave me a low price for that about $70 and the alignment was $120, had my car done by the end of the day.

• It was my daughters birthday. She said she wanted to go camping. I said sure thing. So that Friday we planned to leave. I called cousins auto. They were close by and i was new to the neighborhood. They said they could service the brakes. The brakes worked ok but it had been almost one year since anyone looked at it and i thought it would be prudent to get the pads changed. So i took the van to cousins auto. Later I picked up the van and paid the bill in full. Everything seemed OK. That same afternoon we went camping about 2 hours away. We parked the van all weekend and returned on Sunday. On the way home much to my surprise the back brakes locked up on the freeway. Smoked poured out from them. Then all the brakes failed. The pedal went all the way to the floor. Nothing. No brakes. We barely made it off of the freeway and back home. I took the van back to cousins auto and told them what had happened and asked them to fix it. They said Ok. Later they said it was the master cylinder. A day later they said it was the anti lock bracing system. Still after that was worked on the van was still not fixed. They said the were working on it but it seemed that they were just replacing parts. Just guessing what was wrong but not knowing. I came to the shop the next day to find out what was going on with my van.  I had my girlfriend with me. My intention was to pay them and take the van elsewhere. There at the garage another customer was also trying to get his car from them. I don't know exactly what was going on but there was a very heated confrontation happening in front of us. I kept trying to ask for an invoice. The guy who spoke some English kept leaving and coming back after consulting with colleagues. Eventually the boss showed up. He seemed agitated that I wanted to take my car back. I wanted to pay him and go on my way as it had become clear that they weren't able to fix the brakes on my car. I begged him for an invoice so that I could pay him and be on my way away from the whole scene. After 20 then 30 minutes had passed by and no invoice was provided while a near fistfight broke up out around my girlfriend and I. (The other customer was still arguing with them). The situation had become quite untenable. I told my girlfriend to go home. After she left and had I stood there with No one helping me for another 10 minutes I decided to just give up and take my van. After all It was illegally parked on the street along first ave south. In the right of way.  As I drove it away the brakes screeched and shook. The next day I took it to the previous mechanic who I used before. They fixed the van and after several days I paid them and finally my brakes were fixed. After all of this I wrote to the Washington state attorney General about what had  transpired. The AG agreed that my complaint fit the requirements of the complaint process and proceed to initiate the reconciliation process. Letters were exchanged but nothing more. I went to cousins auto to have my brakes serviced. That never really happened. I never got what I initially paid for.  Instead, my daughters safety as well as my own had been put at serious risk by cousins auto. I had to pay someone else to fix the problems created by cousins auto shop.

Never do business here. If I could rate this place a 0, I would. Brought our car to have the brakes checked, they claimed to have worked on it and next thing we know, the breaks failed on the highway and we almost had an accident. Brought it back and three days after that they still didn’t have the car ready and they were being offensive and aggressive to the point that I don’t feel comfortable going there anymore. They wouldn’t even give us receipt.

Best people on earth. Have saved me $20,000 alone this year. And 9 months to go. Truely grateful
