Liar, long delays. And really hard to get ahold of Michael after he got the deposit. Problem was never fixed. Clearly not know how to fix and never admit it. More than 3 months waited without a car since the deposit. And then he towed away my car after I asked for a full refund. He actively hurt me financially and I am still struggling by his lack of accountability. He did refunded but wasn’t willing, it was through bank. He really wanted to keep the money and not do the work that he clearly didn’t know how to. I have messages dates and phone calls that never got answered. The real deal! I needed to change the break light switch quickly before my car would die again and Mike helped me promptly after business hours. I really appreciate the help and highly recommend them.

My wife was visiting Seattle for the day when our car malfunctioned. O’Reillys in Ballard helped her get in contact with Michael. It was a Saturday and all the shops were closed. Michael met her in the parking lot and worked in the pouring rain to replace the alternator. He was friendly, informative and helpful. Such a great experience after some stressful moments! Michael is friendly, knowledgeable and what’s great is they can come to you! This is highly convenient if you find yourself in a pinch like I did (car wouldn’t start).
