I recently brought my Mercedes-Benz to Prova Motorsports in Seattle and had the pleasure of working with Rob, one of their mechanics. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Rob was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but he also took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. I never felt rushed or brushed off—he genuinely cared about the quality of his work and making sure I was comfortable with the service being done. The shop itself is clean, organized, and clearly run by a team that values both precision and professionalism. My car is running beautifully, and I left feeling confident that I’d found a go-to shop for any future needs. I purchsed an 2018 M2 in August of 2024 purely out of impulse... Not knowing if this was a good purchse (price in relation to the value of the vehicle; I understand cars are depreciating assests), I quickly found myself searching for a team to help me evaluate this decision and conduct an initial inspection. After reading through numerous forums across reddit and bimmerpost, I stumbled on Prova, which was well recieved in the community. I reached out to Chris and the team, visited the shop with the vehicle, and was immediately sold. Sam Smith is the primary POC and introduced me to Chris and the team. Overall, the staff is extremely knowledgeable. They not only reassured me of my purchase (validating everything was mechanically sound), but have helped me build this vehicle into the car of my dreams (and do so very quickly). The mechanic, Aaron Burrows, has done a fantastic job with the build. From a completely stock, highly capable vehicle, into FBO aggresively tuned BEAST. The additions: - Wagner EVOIII FMIC, CP, and boost pipe - MST Turbo inlet - Fabspeed sportcat downpipe - Supersprint race catback exhaust - Turbosmart VR11 - Ohlins R&T coilovers - New tires and DS2500 Pads and alignment Completely multiplied the personality of the car, and to the team, I will forever be grateful. I trust no one else to work on this vehicle, and will be continuing to return to Prova for all future maintanence/enhancement work. They have done an incredible job, and I look forwawrd to building this M2 into a Porsche Killer.

Thorough, quick, excellent shop. I don’t trust anyone else with my classic European suspension and alignments. When I learned they’re a full service shop that also covers my daily driver Audi, I was so relieved. Their team is meticulous, transparent with all their estimates and costs, and carefully documents all recommendations. If there is additional work recommended, they can provide photos and explanations of why that work needs to be done and realistic priorities of how urgent the work is. It’s one of the more efficient and honest shops so that you can be assured the work being done is actually required and will keep your vehicle in good shape. As an added bonus, the shop is very women-friendly. I’ve never been talked down to, pressured into work, treated as “difficult”, or offered anything less than the respect that a high-level shop should offer all their customers.

Chris and the team at Prova take care of their customers. They're professional, deliver a superb quality of work, and are the definition of trustworthy. I've taken my fun cars to Chris for many years and will for many more to come.
