Their out-of-pocket estimate was double what two other small shops quoted me, but my insurance company uses them, and they made it easy to add a rental car, so I went with Calliber. They did a fine job, and were friendly and professional. I would certainly use them again, but if I had to cover the cost out of pocket, I would have probably gone elsewhere, out of economic necessity.
