I cannot be more than happier with their care and service! Dealing with what is already a stressful situation (an accident), you don't want added stress when you have to put your car at a bodyshop and drive around a rental car. They have really straightforward system and good communication with Enterprise rental at Greenwood. I showed up expecting to deal with lots of stress, but everything was easy and really took off my worry. The service team constantly updated the status of my vehicle, and when I was picking up the car, I didn't even have to make a trip to a Enterprise, just drop the rental there and you can drive off with your newly perfectly fixed car. Not to mention the fast service (I expected 3 weeks, it was done in a week and a half) The front desk attendant was also very considerate and nice. They also offer life-time warranty if any concern comes up. I would recommend them if you have Progressive insurance. Very pleasant experience!

From drop off to pick up, this team was top notch. They have customer service dialed in! My car was flawless and like new. Kevin kept me updated every step of the way. The text updates are such a nice feature and really puts your mind at ease. If I ever need it again, this will be my go-to, without question.

My car was involved in an accident that front bumper and two headlights were seriously damaged. Also the fender was dislocated. Calibre Collision was recommended to me by the insurance company and based on Google Reviews I decided to give my car for repair to Calibre Collision. They were very responsive and also returned the car at the same time they promised. They gave me update along the repair process every Tuesday and Thursday. Their work is professional and the staff are respectful. They answered all of my questions and concerns about the repair. I am happy with Calibre Collision!

I hate body work done almost a year ago here and I'm just now getting to leaving a review. Some idiots broke into my new car through the sunroof and did frame damage. I initially took it to the dealership and they said it might be totalled because they would have to remove the whole roof. Caliber collision saw the damage they were confident they could repair it. The whole staff was friendly even in passing. The repairs took about 2 weeks and everything looked and worked like new. Tristan was my point person and kept in touch every step of the way. I would definitely recommend and use them again if I ever need work again.

Their out-of-pocket estimate was double what two other small shops quoted me, but my insurance company uses them, and they made it easy to add a rental car, so I went with Calliber. They did a fine job, and were friendly and professional. I would certainly use them again, but if I had to cover the cost out of pocket, I would have probably gone elsewhere, out of economic necessity.
