Had a smooth experience with Dere Auto. William is very helpful - he kept me updated on my car's progress, was transparent about the cost breakdown and didn't try to up sell me. I brought my Mazda in on short notice, needed all of the fluids replaced and they turned it around within a couple of days.

Fantastic service. Went in to get brakes replaced and it was all done in ~3 hours. Was able to get a quote over the phone as well. 5 stars!

Very friendly and quality service. Brought my vehicle in after smelling some burnt rubber. They were able to take me in that day and test drove the car as well as inspecting the vehicle in detail. I really appreciate then being thorough. They confirmed there was no issue, and haven't smelled anything since. The value was fair for their time and I will be coming back for regular maintenance.

If you are looking for reliable and trustworthy mechanics Dere Auto is one of the very few in that group. I've been taking all my cars to them since 2011.
