Lack of attention to details: big items seem ok, but sloppy to concerning on the details: 1. Spare tire lock loose and could have fallen 2. Tail gate not flush. I had to make adjustments myself 3. Wheel fender flare dented during removal or when reassembled 4. Truck bed slightly wider at the center, about 1/2 inch resulting in tonneau cover not staying closed. 5. Warranty appointment time not respected. I had to reschedule.

Gerber Collision was one of my insurance company's preferred repair locations after my vehicle was hit while parked. After I called to set up an inspection, I met Rebecca who was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was clear about the process, provided a time estimate, and kept me updated almost daily about where in the process the repair was and how much more time I can expect before receiving it back. Everyone was so professional and a pleasure to work with. I will be recommending Gerber to friends and family and would definitely use them again for any future needs.

I am recommending Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone who need body work done on their car. The work is great. I feel like I am getting a brand new car back when they have completed the work. They have great customer service by always giving you updates along the way about the progress of the repairs. They are great to work with!

Absolutely awful experience! ZERO quality control or verification of the work they claim to have done. My car was in with them at least 3 separate times for the same work. We learned very quickly we had to verify what they had actually done, and at the second pickup when we very quickly noticed that the door to be repaired was STILL not working, the manager Rick claimed it had never done that before. :eye roll: They kept my car for weeks, when they claimed the work would be a day. We had to absolutely hound them for updates. They would leave my car unsecured in the in the parking lot of the adjacent massage parlor on the side of 99 over the weekend, as opposed to locking it in their secured …

I am beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and quality delivered by Gerber Collision and Glass. My car came out of repairs looking like it just came off the factory floor. Everyone there treated me like I was a high priority client and that was so appreciated. The best part for me was the constant and consistent updates I received from Rebecca on the status of my car during the whole process. I am so grateful for all of the team members at Gerber Collision who made this frustrating situation much easier and more enjoyable than I could have ever expected. I can't recommend them enough!
