Brad knows his stuff! If you have an idea for an upgrade to your VW ,Audi or other, this is the one stop shop. He stands behind the work and parts and is very fair on pricing. Bug - Aid / Brad’s European Auto isn’t close to my home on the Kitsap Peninsula but it’s the only shop I trust to do the trick work that my old VW’s need.

We got it back and it was perfect the 1st time!! We’ve had it ba…

I appreciate Brad the owner very much and always recomme…

I was told if I asked, Bug Aid would only service what’s of priority and let me know how long I had to serv…

Brad isn't exactly warm and fuzzy, and the prices aren't what I'd call bargains, but I've taken my VW Eurovan there several times and he's done a pretty good job so far. I think he is honest and fair. Nothing has broken down again after he fixed it, and he was able to diagnose and fix a couple of problems overlooked or incorrectly diagnosed by previous mechanics, so that&#…
