Brad knows his stuff! If you have an idea for an upgrade to your VW ,Audi or other, this is the one stop shop. He stands behind the work and parts and is very fair on pricing. Bug - Aid / Brad’s European Auto isn’t close to my home on the Kitsap Peninsula but it’s the only shop I trust to do the trick work that my old VW’s need.

This place is AWESOME! Brad the owner is great! Very good w all cars, motorcycles, and really anything w a motor!! I had him replace the entire motor in our huge Chevy box truck. He took care of everything! He found the motor, got it to the shop, and stripped the old piece of —— out. He put the new motor in the truck in just 2 days!! We got it back and it was perfect the 1st time!! We’ve had it back a couple months now and NOT EVEN ONE ISSUE. Because everything went so well BUG-AID deserves this review. I was impressed all the way through oh and the best part, It was the cheapest quote i got!! I’ll recommend this shop to everyone and they’re definitely my new mechanic!! THANK YOU BUG-AID!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

Been coming to this shop for a little over 12+ years. They have taken great care of all the cars I’ve had over the years. All were European made, with my latest being a Mercedes diesel suv. This is the only place I trust and know I won’t get completely screwed over by being a woman that knows little to nothing about vehicle service problems. I appreciate Brad the owner very much and always recommend others to talk to Brad if they are looking for experience and quality work.

It’s with gratitude that I’m writing this review on Bug Aid Inc. out of total appreciation to Brad Springberg the owner. In 1995 my Westie’s transmission got cooked and people on Capital Hill, in Seattle, told me to take it to Bug Aid because they wouldn’t screw me over in repairs and money. I was told if I asked, Bug Aid would only service what’s of priority and let me know how long I had to service what’s needed; safely biding (this starving college student) time to get more money together. I know firsthand after 25 yrs owning a VW and going to Bug Aid, Brad and his mechanics are highly skilled and dependable in automotive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on European imports to include engines, transmissions, differentials, brakes, clutches, starters, axles, steering gears, carburetors, fuel systems, cooling systems, and other mechanical and electrical systems. Brad has kept my bus on the road, riding smooth, through it all, and ensuring the service jobs were completed correctly the first time. My grown sons and I all take our vehicles to be serviced at Bug Aid Inc. A trusted and loyal mechanic is hard to come by and after 25 yrs. I’d say Brad is pretty trustworthy, I highly recommend his services.

Brad isn't exactly warm and fuzzy, and the prices aren't what I'd call bargains, but I've taken my VW Eurovan there several times and he's done a pretty good job so far. I think he is honest and fair. Nothing has broken down again after he fixed it, and he was able to diagnose and fix a couple of problems overlooked or incorrectly diagnosed by previous mechanics, so that's why I'm giving him a good rating. If I continue to get good service from him over time I'll upgrade it to a very good. If he seemed more cheerful and gave great deals on prices I'd rate him excellent.
