Absolutely the best service I have ever received at a dealership. Emerson, Natasha, and Joshua Fredrickson are amazing. Never thought I would ever look forward to having my vehicle serviced but I do with my Lucid!

Absolutely horrible experience at the U- village location. Avoid at all costs! My buddy and I came into the store on a nice sunny day. I was greeted outside and escorted into the showroom by Sophea. He spent the next several minutes going over the key fob and car exterior (trunk, frunk, charging door), everything on the interior display screens, seat adjustments...very thorough and great personality
