Amazing staff, service all of it these guys know trucks! Jacob, Michelle, Paul, Brian and Jeremy front house staff kills it!! And it always smells like a bakery inside (next to grand bakery) so you work up a hunger while you’re shopping.

Saved me literally $1000’s of dollars on parts for my coach buses. Just saved me $600 on a starter these guys are solid and very on top of their game. Love that they are a few blocks from my office and bus yard. 5 star all day ask for Brian.

An Absolutely professional staff! Josh went above and beyond to say the least on helping me find a leaf spring that was not easy to find, it took a lot of phone calls but he didn’t give up and my customer was able to have his trailer fixed in a timely manner. We will be using Brake and Clutch for all future purchases!

The man who answered the phone was polite, helpful, and spoke clearly. The man who helped me when I got to their shop was also polite and helpful. Neither of them spoke down to me and I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. (It could have been the same man both times, but I don't know because I didn't get the name of the man I talked with on the phone.)

This is the kind of shop I love. Knowledgeable staff with GOOD INVENTORY. I needed brake line fittings for a 1973 Courier pickup which use this antiquated 1.25mm thread and they had them! The only other place I found was online in Tennessee and they wanted $17 just for ground shipping not to mention the wait time.
