Les Schwab Tire Center

I came in here to get a flat repaired on a tire that was purchased at Les Schwab. When the store opened at 8 a.m., the person at the front counter asked if I had an appointment. I was unaware that I needed to schedule a flat tire. I've been sitting here waiting for the past two hours, waiting for the tire to be repaired despite being the first vehicle in the lot at 7 a.m.

Very disappointing experience. I came into Les Schwab with a problem with my truck shimmying while going at high speeds downhill when applying the brakes. Love the staff at this location! I came in for a seasonal rotation, was greeted immediately by super friendly staff. Then Mohamed quickly got my car into the bay and was done in no time. He sent a thorough report with measurements and detailed measurements and observations. This kind of service is so rare in today's stressed retail environment--glad for this local business!
