I came in here to get a flat repaired on a tire that was purchased at Les Schwab. When the store opened at 8 a.m., the person at the front counter asked if I had an appointment. I was unaware that I needed to schedule a flat tire. I've been sitting here waiting for the past two hours, waiting for the tire to be repaired despite being the first vehicle in the lot at 7 a.m.

Very disappointing experience. I came into Les Schwab with a problem with my truck shimmying while going at high speeds downhill when applying the brakes. I had an appointment on 6/25/2025 at 8am(first of the morning) and I was the first person in the door. No one asked me what the problem was, they just pulled it up as brakes on the scheduled appointment. It took them an hour to diagnose the problem. At first, he could find nothing wrong with the brake pads, then he asked me why I had come in. I explained the symptoms I was having and he went back to take another look. A little while later, he came back, said it was the rotors and it would be $368. I told him to go ahead and he asked if I would wait or did I need a ride back home. I said I would wait. An hour later, I saw my truck up front near the door. They were very busy, so I thought they may be moving it around to another bay. After 15 minutes I went up front to ask about my vehicle. I was rudely stopped mid-sentence by a lady at the counter and told she was dealing with another person and would get right back to me next. 30 minutes later, and she had not returned to my concern, I went back up to the counter. This time an older gentleman was there. He asked if he could help me. I pointed to my truck at the door and asked for the status. He went into the garage, looked at something on the wall and returned. He informed me that my truck was waiting on an available bay. I explained it had been 2 ½ hours and asked why it was taking so long. He said they were backed up from vehicles the night before. 15 minutes later he came over to my seat and told me the truck was ready. It had not been moved. He explained that the truck had been ready for the last hour and that they had called my home phone number for me to come pick it up. I told him I made it very clear that I was waiting in the lobby and had told the tech at the start. He apologized however 3 hours had been burned up for something that should have been done in half that time. I’m very disappointed with this lack of communication and the time that was wasted. I will not go to Les Schwab for anything in the future.

Love the staff at this location! I came in for a seasonal rotation, was greeted immediately by super friendly staff. Then Mohamed quickly got my car into the bay and was done in no time. He sent a thorough report with measurements and detailed measurements and observations. This kind of service is so rare in today's stressed retail environment--glad for this local business!

I can’t say enough about my positive experience at Les Schwab the other day. Years ago I worked with a different location and was happy with their service, so when I had a nail in my tire I went to the Lake City location which was closer to my home. They managed to fit me in the same day and repaired the puncture. It’s holding up well and frankly I was surprised there was no charge for the repair. That is pretty amazing in this day and age. My car was treated well and kept clean and the popcorn is the bomb.

I had a flat and couldn’t get my car in until almost 6, when the shop closed. I figured I’d have to drop my car off and leave it overnight since it was so close to closing. I parked out front and Zane came right over to see what was going on. He and Dante assured me it would be a quick fix and they could take care of it right then. Before I knew it, the tire was off and Zane was patching it while Dante kindly filled my other tires. We chatted while he did so and he let me know of a few other great services Les Schwab provides that I had no idea about. I was so impressed by their welcoming demeanor, their kindness and enthusiasm, and their professionalism. I was in and out in about fifteen minutes. I’ve always had good experiences at Les Schwab (and their warranty is fantastic) but this one really was top notch. I’m sending a big thank you to Zane and Dante for their help!
