Jesse and the team are communicative and transparent about pricing. I used to have my Audi serviced down the hill, at a different German shop. That was until I was quoted an arm and a leg for some one-off items (>20% of residual value on the car). Loyal Automotive on the other hand is very easy to work with, guided me through the difference in quality across various parts, and ultimately making me one happy customer. Had the car checked in for routine service and inspection. Did all the recommended services and paid close to $5K. A week later, shop didn’t even check the oil. A basic but most crucial thing. Oil pressure light flickers. Checked the sticker. Looked dry. Added some oil. Light stopped flickering. There are also other issues that are unprofessional. Your safety can be compromised. Avoid this shop at all costs. Maybe they used to be good. My friend recommended this shop and sadly they screwed me over.

Highly recommend Loyal!!! I scheduled an appointment over the phone, and they started working on my car as soon as I got there. Never have I ever had somebody fix a car problem for me so fast!! I was shocked! Jesse is the best, hands down.

Im very well convinced they write their own positive reviews on Google. They are way to overpriced and they quote out very high prices just to get the people to sell them their cars instead of paying to repair the vehicle. I had them replace my timing belt and the next day the tensioner came loose and the timing belt got loose and bent the valves. I scrapped the car after that. Thanks to rip off shops like Loyal Automotive!

We have been customers of Loyal since they opened. I think they have worked on 4 of our cars. We always feel like we get honest service. We have had only one issue when a repair needed to be looked at a second time. We were happy with how they handled it. Final costs for services have always been in line or better than our expectations.
