Had the car checked in for routine service and inspection. Did all the recommended services and paid close to $5K. A week later, shop didn’t even check the oil. A basic but most crucial thing. Highly recommend Loyal!!! I scheduled an appointment over the phone, and they started working on my car as soon as I got there. Never have I ever had somebody fix a car problem for me so fast!! I was shocked! Jesse is the best, hands down.

Im very well convinced they write their own positive reviews on Google. They are way to overpriced and they quote out very high prices just to get the people to sell them their cars instead of paying to repair the vehicle. We have been customers of Loyal since they opened. I think they have worked on 4 of our cars. We always feel like we get honest service. We have had only one issue when a repair needed to be looked at a second time. We were happy with how they handled it. Final costs for services have always been in line or better than our expectations.
