Terrible experience. Brought my car in for a delayed ignition (cranking for 1–3 seconds before starting) and they blamed it on a “condenser,” which didn’t fix anything. They clearly didn’t know what they were doing—I caught them watching a YouTube video just to reset the check engine light, which wasn’t even on. Then they told me to bring it back in a week—probably to charge me another $1,000. Total waste of time and money. Avoid.

I had an issue with the bottom shield of my car and stopped by without any appointment. Despite being busy, he took a look right away and fixed it within 10 minutes—completely free of charge! Extremely professional, kind, and efficient. It’s rare to find such honest and helpful service these days. Highly recommended!

The worst shop in Seattle. I took my Saab, I had engine trouble, Mou put in old parts and charged as good, 3 days later I went to pick up my car and it was worse than it was. He charged me if it was repaired, without doing it. He was very rude to me and told me if I didn't pay him he couldn't take my car. I paid him to take my car and 2 weeks later the car engine exploded, I've honestly never been so frustrated in my life, I don't recommend him to anyone. He scammed me.

He took my car to be repaired, gave me an estimate of 2200, then called me again that he needed more hours of work to fix it, then told me 3300 and when I took it out it was worse than when he came in and I still had to pay him 2200 dollars and he wouldn't let me take the car out without paying me, he yelled and treated me badly for telling me that I wasn't going to pay him if it wasn't fixed. bad service

Went in for transmission issues and Moe was fast and VERY fair. Other shops were going to charge a few hundred for diagnostics but moe worked a very fair price and didn’t try to sell me unneeded services.
