Don’t ever go here. They charged me before checking my car tires and I am here from afternoon kept the car all day and I am still here at Costco waiting for their call. It’s 5:30pm already.

If you're looking for a tire center that redefines customer service, you've come to the right place. I spent over a month trying to get new tires on my car, and every visit was a masterclass in how to treat a customer with utter disregard. The staff, particularly Chris Costa and Sean Herndon, seem to operate under the belief that customers are an inconvenience. From the condescending comments to the mysterious, hours-long waits, my time was treated as completely worthless. My favorite moment was being told to call ahead for an appointment—a pro tip that's truly genius, if only someone would ever pick up the phone. The cherry on top? The General Manager's apology and promise of a fix were quickly undone by the staff, proving that the incompetence here runs deep. If you enjoy having your time wasted and your intelligence insulted, I highly recommend this location. For everyone else, maybe try a different Costco?

They helped me with what I needed, and they were kind. BUT they said they would call me when it was done, they did not call me. So I hung out in the Costco for 2 1/2 hours and when I went to check on the service, IT WAS DONE AN HOUR AGO. I was pretty miffed about spending an entire extra hour at the Costco on my day off but I don’t have anywhere to place my anger, so I’m putting it here! 😵‍💫🪦☠️

Bought new tires, scheduled an installation appointment, arrived early, communicated that I had a following appointment elsewhere, yet the car sat on the rack for 2 hours with no warning. Very disappointed in today's service!

Came in with a deflating tire and for tire rotation. It took just the time to go through our standard Costco shopping. A puncture was found and fixed quickly. Service was fast and folks were courteous.
