I had a great experience with West Seattle Mechanics. My car suddenly started giving off an electrical burning smell and even let out a little smoke from the AC vents—definitely a panic moment. Echoing what others have said, I had an amazing experience with Jesse. I brought my car in for a routine oil change but I asked Jesse to do a comprehensive vehicle inspection as well. He caught a number of things including a coolant leak, a screw in one of my tires, and a brake issue. He did a video explaining what he saw and sent over an estimate for me to approve in the online portal. He was super helpful and caught a number of things that could've turned into bigger issues if not caught. Thank you, Jesse! I will be back.
