I had a great experience with West Seattle Mechanics. My car suddenly started giving off an electrical burning smell and even let out a little smoke from the AC vents—definitely a panic moment. Most shops were closed or unavailable, but Jesse over at West Seattle Mechanics picked up right away and was kind enough to help us out on a weekend. From the start, Jesse was super courteous, transparent, and helpful in walking us through what to expect. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. What really stood out was how fast he turned around what sounded like a pretty complicated repair—just one day. When we picked up the car, it was running perfectly, and he’d even taken the time to vacuum and clean up any signs of the work, which was a thoughtful touch. Jesse seems like an honest, reputable mechanic who really cares about doing good work. He’s new to the area, and I was genuinely happy to support his business. I’ll definitely be going back if anything comes up again. Highly recommend.

Echoing what others have said, I had an amazing experience with Jesse. I brought my car in for a routine oil change but I asked Jesse to do a comprehensive vehicle inspection as well. He caught a number of things including a coolant leak, a screw in one of my tires, and a brake issue. He did a video explaining what he saw and sent over an estimate for me to approve in the online portal. He was super helpful and caught a number of things that could've turned into bigger issues if not caught. Thank you, Jesse! I will be back.
