🔧 Crash Champions Collision Repair West Seattle

Crash Champions is amazing. My parents have gone to them for car repairs before, so I felt confident in trusting them. I had a very frustrating car collision that was not covered by my insurance (I denied collision coverage because I couldn’t afford it and have since learned a very expensive lesson) so I am paying out of pocket. I had a bad experience with a guy at a different repair shop who quoted me $10-15,000 for the repair, without taking pictures or asking many questions. Brett from Crash Champions, on the other hand, gave me a free and incredibly detailed estimate (that was half the other estimate) of the repairs based on pictures and info he took down, explained exactly how it worked and what I would need to have replaced. He was very understanding that I was paying out of pocket and recommended Knockout Auto Repair, which can give me a more specialized repair job, rather than comprehensive, in order to save money. I know not every place would do that, so although I am getting my car fixed at Knockout, I wanted to take the time to recommend Crash Champions, especially commending Brett’s kindness and professionalism. The car damage has been very frustrating to deal with, but I have been able to find a reasonable price and a place that I can go to thanks to Crash Champions. Truly appreciate the work you guys do. Crash Champions did excellent work repairing my car after a fender bender. Customer service and communication was top tier. They returned my car good as new, and actually cleaner than when I dropped it off.

We had a wonderful experience at Crash Champions! After scraping the side of our SUV against a concrete pole shortly before the end of it’s lease, Crash Champions not only got our car in quickly, but completely erased all signs of damage and worked seamlessly with our (not always helpful) insurance company. They were also meticulous. Mercedes had initially provided a handle with some faulty technology, but Crash Champions tested everything and quickly caught and replaced that handle. Finally, I never wondered what was happening with my vehicle or when it would be ready. Brett texted regularly with updates so I could plan accordingly. While car accidents aren’t exactly stress free, Crash Champions made this one pretty close - they did great work at a fair price and provided excellent customer service!
