I had never been here before but these guys really helped me out today. I could hear/feel something was stuck in my tire, and my car told me which one it was. Drove in here around 3pm on a Friday, and while they were upfront about the wait, they were able extract a screw in my tire, patch it up, top up air in the rest of the tires, and I was on my way around 5, all at no cost. Let me add that these guys don’t waste time — even just going out to grab the next car from the lot, they’re jogging to go get it, keeping things moving, and keeping the wait times down. Super professional and I’ll definitely be back. Also, if you have to wait, there are a million things within walking distance including a Whole Foods across the street.

I unexpectedly had a flat tire on Saturday morning. I brought it into Les Schwab and they quoted it would take about an hour & a half to take a look at it and diagnose the issue…I walked out to run a couple of errands and got a phone call within half an hour that my tire had been patched and my car was ready to go. They informed me that my rear shocks were leaking so I was able to make an appointment to get those replaced next weekend. The process was so pleasant and painless when I was expecting it to be a huge inconvenience.

Idiot tire pressure light came on just as I was getting in the Vashon ferry line. I decided to take care of it in West Seattle rather than on island, Les Schwab has been helpful in the past and I hoped it wouldn’t take too long. They fixed my flat and had me back in the ferry line quickly. Awesome service.

Long time customer of Les Schwab. Brought in a tire for flat repair a few months ago and it was fixed quickly and free of charge as it was their tire. It is on a car I dont drive much, but I noticed a slight vibration that got steadily worse over the next several trips in said car. Imagine my surprise when I realized all 4 lugs were hardly hand tight (one of them was 2-3 rotations from falling off). All 3 other wheels (not touched by Les Schwab) were torqued exactly to spec as verified with my torque wrench. This could have easily been a serious or fatal accident. Absolutely unacceptable and I will be taking my business to Discount Tire. Truly, torqueing lug nuts is something a freshman in high school auto shop learns is about the most important thing to double check and it shows a frightening lack of attention that this extremely basic and CRUCIAL step was missed. Not to mention my wheel hub/ lug holes likely have damage from many rotations with a loose wheel. Extremely disappointed, if you do take your car here PLEASE verify that the lug nuts are tightened, it could save a life.

I purchased a set of four tires from your store in January 2025, spending over $800. After just five months of use, one of the tires was damaged by a screw and had a visible medium size rip on the side. According to the warranty "The Les Schwab Tire Warranty (limited Warranty) is provided with your purchase at no additional cost, and tire warranty is valid for the original purchase" so I expect the tire would be replaced without further expense under warranty. However, when I came in for the replacement, I was told I had to pay $180—even after receiving a credit too. The store employee mentioned that I had bought the tires during a sale, but back in January I paid over $800 for four tires. I’m being charged for a single replacement tire even under warranty when they can't even honor their words. If your company cannot stand behind its written policies, then you should not advertise them. It feels misleading and dishonest. Because of this experience, I've lost trust in your business. My entire family used to go there for services, but I can assure you we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on—somewhere that stands by their word, not just look pretty in the paper.
