I've been trusting Hatton Marine with all my engine maintenance and care since I bought my boat nearly 15 years ago. In the beginning, when the boat was newer, things were relatively simple. But as the boat aged and routine maintenance was combined with troubleshooting and problem-solving, that's when I truly began to appreciate and rely on their expertise. As a retired woman who didn’t want to give up my boat after my husband's passing, I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service I’ve received from Hatton Marine. They've been attentive, patient, and always willing to work with me to solve problems. They’ve helped me streamline larger projects to make the work more efficient, and they always take the time to explain what they're doing. To top it all off, after a major project that required a haul-out, they even assisted me through the locks and back to my slip at Shilshole. A special thanks to Kevin, the service writer, and to Chris and Jordan, the mechanics, for all their help. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done—thank you!

Install new QSL9 and had problems getting it start and communicate to helm. Called Hatton and tech quickly found out ECM needed to be reflated. Reflashed on site and got engine running. Tech was very professional, efficient and was able to explain clearly and accurately 10/10 if I could rate

Unlike so many marine service providers these days they were super responsive in returning phone calls and answering emails. They promptly scheduled and completed injector replacement and valve adjustments on my 20 y.o. Cummins marine diesel. Their quote was reasonable and they also flagged some other maintenance issues that I am scheduling them to complete as well. The engine is running like a top and the smoke and sheen issues I was experiencing are solved. Highly recommend these friendly, honest, competent, and reliable people.
