Had a pretty severe issue occur with my vehicle right before a major road trip that my family and I had been planning for a year. Advisors Jason and Jacob kept me well informed through the process. The technician (Ali) went above and beyond, working late a couple nights to get it fixed, just in time to save our vacation. Thank you!

Jason was my service manager and did a bang-up job. My metris is a work van and as a small business owner with one work vehicle it was challenging to find a slot of time for me to get the check engine light addressed. He was upfront and honest about the amount of time needed for job and determined it was under warranty at my initial visit which was about as good as news you can get when you have a check engine light. He was very communicative, vehicle was ready when he said it would be and loaner was made available for me.

Excellent service from Service Advisor Jason Pascual. He was up front on how long the vehicle would take to repair and returned calls promptly. Forgot the mechanics name but he tightened the rear view mirror which was loose without requesting for them to do so. Very satisfied with the overall service.
